We are recruiting for 1 permanent Full-time Community Participation Support Worker in Orillia. Utilizing a personal outcome-based approach, support people in making informed choices that lead to successful inclusion and participation in community based recreational/leisure activities; work/volunteer placements. These positions will be assigned to work in Community Support Services in Orillia, working up to 37.5 hours. Compensation Package: Minimum rate of pay of $26.16/hour 11 paid Statutory Holidays; Confidential Employee Assistance program for you and for your immediate family; Following the successful completion of probation: Employer paid life insurance, health and dental benefits; Employer paid vacation, personal leave and sick time; Participation in RRSP with employer match up to 4% Minimum Qualifications: D. S. W. diploma or an acceptable educational equivalency (Child & Youth Worker, E. C. E. S. S. W. Nursing, Psychology, etc. ) as determined by the employer is required; One-year recent work experience working in a community setting supporting the integration of people supported through outcome-based approach When submitting your resume and cover letter, please also upload a copy of your diplomas / degrees.
